Inform – We are a resource for real world ideas, solutions and best practices. We provide reference materials, templates as well as primary research about the field.
On February 13, 2013, 37 marketing operations executives gathered for MOCCA’s annual executive forum at Autodesk in San Francisco.
Participants included thought leaders from Achievers, Adobe, Altera, Autodesk, Axient, Blackboard, Blue Coat Systems, BMC Software, Brocade, Citrix, CyberSource, HP, IDC, Juniper Networks, LinkedIn, Marketing Operations Works, Maxim Integrated, Mindjet, NetApp, Oracle, Salesforce.com, SAP, SiriusDecisions, Symantec, Visa, Vocus, VoloMetrix, and Wells Fargo, many of whom traveled to attend.
The agenda ran from 8:30 to 2:30 and included a presentation from IDC on the role of Marketing Operations today, a debate on the degree to which IT should be involved in Marketing, and case studies by Citrix and LinkedIn. A summary of the discussion and copies of the slides are attached.
